You will be responsible for working with customers to understand their needs and develop new products to accomplish the customers’ goals. In this role, you will collaborate with customers as their technical advisor and advocate for company products. Additionally, you will identify and deliver reliable solutions for commercial and technical projects, ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Product Engineer (Medical Device Manufacturing-Entry Level) ●    Receive customer requests for parts or new products ●    Understand customer needs and provide product and service information ●    Work on new product development based on customer needs  ●    Coordinate projects & Submit Engineering Change Orders ●    Issue Bills of Material and follow quality-related standards and documentation ●    Process orders & Create quotes based on requirements ●    Assist customer service with billing, pricing, shipping, and returns  Product Engineer (Medical Device Manufacturing-Entry Level) •    2 years of engineering coursework required •    Product Development or design experience required •    Strong phone presence and comfort in talking to customers required
