Our client is looking for a Process Engineer Manager to add to their team near Charlotte, NC. Working with the Plant Manager and GM, you will develop, install and monitor all manufacturing equipment and processes. Your main goal will be to ensure equipment and processes are running efficiently and in compliance with quality specifications. Initially you won’t manage any people, however there are plans to grow the operations and team so that you’ll have Process Technicians reporting directly to you. If you have a strong background with plastic, thermoforming and extrusion, you could be a great addition to the team.
