Practice Director (Private Equity Industry)

Our client is looking for a remote Practice Director to add to their team. If you have strong experience working for/with Private Equity firms, you could be a great addition to the team. You’ll be joining a well-run, stable company with a global presence and strong reputation; they have been profitable for 16+ years. The majority of your time will be spent developing new business. As you build out your pipeline of business, some of your focus will shift to operational and delivery related tasks. You will initially manage a team of ~3 people, growing into a team of ~10. Because you’ll be heading up such an important part of the business, with time you could grow to be the next CEO of this 500+ person company.
