Our client in the construction industry is seeking an experienced Plumbing Estimator to join their team in Sacramento, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for a variety of commercial mechanical projects that range in size from $50,000 to $4 million. These projects cover sectors such as commercial, industrial, and institutional, and include a mix of negotiated, hard bid, and design-build work. The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with general contractors and owners to secure bid opportunities. In this position, you will collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and superintendents to ensure precise and detailed estimates. This role requires strong analytical, negotiation, leadership, and customer service skills, along with the ability to work seamlessly in a collaborative environment.
