Our client in food manufacturing is looking for a hands-on Production Floor Manager to add to their team in in Bucks County, PA. You will lead daily execution across production, packaging, sanitation, and maintenance coordination in a single-shift, SQF-certified food manufacturing facility. This role is centered on strong floor presence, coaching supervisors, and ensuring the plant operates safely, efficiently, and on schedule each day. You’ll contribute to ongoing SQF standards and continuous improvement through daily readiness, disciplined execution and tight coordination across departments.
