Our client in the plastics manufacturing industry is looking for a strategic Plant Manager to add to their team just northeast of Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you will be the primary facility leader (~35 team members & 6 machines) with full responsibility for optimizing operations to maximize profitability and achieve established business objectives. The ideal candidate will have prior experience successfully running a manufacturing facility and is well-versed in process improvement, strategic planning, costing, and budgeting. To be successful, you must be a strong leader who can maintain a high-quality work environment, streamline operations, and promote team member development.
