Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Plant Director to add to their executive leadership team in Northern Minnesota. You will have direct oversight of each department including welding/fabrication, paint, assembly, warehouse, supply chain, quality, materials, and industrial engineering. Ultimately, you will be responsible for inventory management, sourcing, and the daily monitoring of assembly methods to lead process improvements for this plant of over 100 team members. Our client is looking for a candidate who has a strong operation and SIOP background with progressive levels of responsibility including a supervisory role leading multiple departmental functions. A deep background in strategic sourcing with supply chain and logistics is a must to ensure their over 100 machines are effectively utilized.
