Payroll Specialist/HR Generalist

Our client is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their team in Madison, WI. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for processing payroll for their workforce (100 company-wide) while supporting overall HR initiatives (75% HR focused, 25% payroll). To be chosen for this role, you must have a strong background in end-to-end payroll processing with a willingness to support HR initiatives. Please note prior HR experience is not required. This would be a great opportunity for someone looking to round out their skillset and expand the impact they’ll have across an entire organization. Ultimately, you will play a key role in a company that has experienced double-digit growth over the last five years and is positioned to be a 100-million-dollar company.
