Our client in the infrastructure services industry is seeking a Payroll & Compliance Manager to join their growing nation-wide team. Reporting to executive leadership, you will manage a small team of payroll specialists while remaining hands-on in payroll processing, auditing, and issue resolution. You will lead weekly multi-state payroll for 600+ employees with a heavy focus on prevailing wage, union payroll, and multi-jurisdiction compliance. The ideal candidate brings deep prevailing wage and union payroll compliance experience, thrives under pressure, and takes full ownership of compliance strategy. To be successful you must be organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
