Our client in the consumer goods industry is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to add to their team just west of Minneapolis, MN. This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week, based on payroll processing timelines. This role is 70% payroll-focused, where you have ownership over the administration, processing, and reporting of bi-monthly multi-state payroll for ~450 employees. The other 30% of the position includes administrative and employee support related to benefits. The ideal candidate will have strong multi-state payroll experience and a working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations. To be successful, you must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and work with the highest degree of professionalism and discretion while handling confidential and sensitive information.
