Parts & Distribution Specialist Responsibilities • Understand sales goals, and set daily, weekly and monthly tasks & objectives to reach them • Provide a high level of customer service, place orders and make sales • Acknowledge and answer customer concerns in a timely manner • Improve process for efficiency and customer satisfaction • Provide information to analyze sales performance and determine the sales forecast • Support customer cash collections to meet company’s terms
