Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for an Operations Manager to add to their team in Moore, SC. You will be responsible for directing and supervising day-to-day business operations that will support production, ensuring an efficient and safe work environment, continuous improvement of processes, and developing and implementing action plans for achieving administrative production targets. To be successful in this role, you must be able to leverage manufacturing technology to fit the company’s needs, effectively manage direct reports with a hands-on management approach, and work as a team with the production manager.
