Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Product Engineer II to join their innovative team in Somerset County, NJ. Reporting to the Director of New Product Development, 50% of your time will be spent overseeing large, complex projects and leading a team to build, design, and validate new products and processes with the remainder spent engineering with research and analysis. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of four years of related experience with the ability to effectively lead a team while still participating in the project. Beyond the bullets below, our client is looking for a proven project leader who encourages the flow of ideas and feedback from their team but can make the final call and communicate that to internal and external leadership with confidence.
