Our client in a specialized manufacturing industry is looking for a highly motivated mid-level Mechanical Engineer to add to their team near Lowell, MA. In this role, you will support the Engineering and Production Teams in all phases of the product life cycle, including mechanical design, CAD, document review, root cause problem solving, and hands-on testing. The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, prior exposure to mechanical design and documentation, and has at least two years of recent Solidworks experience. Knowledge of parts to be welded, machined, or fabricated is an added plus. To be successful in the role, you must have a great attitude, a sharp technically oriented mind, and strive to independently learn new things while working under minimal supervision.
