Our client is looking for a Manufacturing Manager to add to their team in Winnebago County, IL. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company that’s a leader in their industry. You will manage 4 shift leads, and around 30 Machinists and Machine Operators in the Production Department. While maintaining a well-trained and motivated team, you’ll work towards achieving production and financial goals. To thrive in this role, you must have manufacturing management experience and the desire to be a hands-on manager, with a focus on process improvements.
