Our client in the wholesale building materials industry is looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to add to their team in Benton Harbor, Michigan. In this role, you will support the manufacturing process by working on everything from prototyping to identifying cost savings/production improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate enjoys building prototypes and completing product testing and will be eager to split their time between office work and the production floor. To be successful, you must be well organized, dedicated, and able to simplify engineering terms while training production team members. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
