Our client, a small but successful retail chain, is looking for a Maintenance Technician to add to their team in Brooklyn, New York. You will be responsible for performing regular preventive maintenance on 18 retail store locations in the NYC/Hudson County, NJ area. This position requires regular travel to 2-3 retail store locations daily so a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a must. An ideal candidate will have at least five years of standard maintenance experience, from painting, plumbing and basic electrical repairs to performing odds and ends such as power washing, snow removal, and drain snaking.
