Our client in the food distribution industry is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in Columbia, SC. As a highly visible leader in this 50-person company, you will oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the poultry production plant, demonstrating a hands-on leadership style by actively working alongside (2) technicians to ensure they have the resources needed for success. Compliance with FDA and USDA guidelines, as well as an understanding of federal and state regulations and OSHA safety standards, is essential. This role requires close collaboration with the Quality team to coordinate maintenance activities that meet production output needs, so a collaborative and team-oriented mindset is critical.
