Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing Facility exp req) Responsibilities
• Supervise, direct, and coordinate maintenance and repair activities • Plan the utilization of space and facilities consistent with the company requirements, available facilities, and funds • Review and update job descriptions, performance evaluations, and training requirements for support staff • Motivate maintenance associates to achieve department, work center, and individual goals • Supervise capital equipment purchases of spare parts required to maintain and/ or replace equipment • Provide detailed work plan and schedule for equipment and facility preventative maintenance • Evaluate and maintain OSHA regulation and compliance • Inspect completed work assignments for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards • Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules • Implement engineering changes and process improvements with the engineering department • Generate capital expenditure requests and evaluate/propose capital investment alternatives
Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing Facility exp req) Qualifications
• 10+ years of maintenance for a manufacturing facility experience required • 5+ years of management experience required • OSHA basic knowledge preferred
