While supervising a team of 10, you will oversee all logistics operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of logistics or freight experience, including experience in a supervisory or management role. Our client is looking for a hands-on leader with a team-oriented mindset who is willing to grow the department. Logistics Supervisor Responsibilities • Supervise a logistics team of 10 • Oversee the shipping of products • Coordinate pickups and deliveries • Ensure timely delivery of all goods • Maintain warehouse inventory • Oversee transportation of products from loading docks to the customer • Obtain shipping quotes • Conduct cost analysis of transportation options • Build relationships with vendors Logistics Supervisor Qualifications • High school degree required • 3+ years of logistics/freight experience required • 2+ years of supervisory experience required • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
