Lead Project Manager

Our client in the Transformer industry is looking for a Lead Project Manager to add to their growing team just southwest of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will oversee four Project Managers (80%), and also be responsible for a handful of your own large-scale projects from inception through installation. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, proven experience in planning and project management and can leverage this skillset to provide guidance and leadership to their team. To be successful, you must have excellent managerial skills, strong written/verbal communication abilities, and be highly organized while successfully overseeing multiple projects.
