Our client, a rapidly growing lighting manufacturer, is looking to add a new Jr. Electrical Engineer to their Team in Tinley Park, IL. Our client has had double-digit YoY growth and to keep up with business needs, they’ve created this new position to expand their engineering team. You’ll support product development efforts while overseeing projects from start to finish. These projects have shorter cycles, so you’ll typically oversee 5-10 simultaneously. You’ll spend most of your time verifying specifications and planning product roadmaps to drive projects forward. If you’re looking for a role with more design work and fabrication, this would not be a good fit.
