In this role, you will act as a technical liaison for Customer Service and Sales, deciphering customer needs, proposing product solutions, and offering support such as drafting, updating technical drawings, material confirmations, and product training. The ideal candidate embodies strong communication, independence, attention to detail, and responsiveness to time-sensitive inquiries from customers.
