Our client in the consumer goods industry is looking for an IT Technician to add to their team in Huntington Beach, California. Reporting to the Director of IT, the primary focus of this role will include daily support and maintenance of IT services and equipment. The secondary focus and more unique part of this position includes supporting a SQL data warehouse (training provided) and completing tasks such as importing customer information, data cleansing, and report building. The ideal candidate will have IT experience, including help desk, Microsoft product support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and maintaining computers, printers, and other IT equipment. Since this position will include a component of data warehouse management & report building, you must have a true interest in expanding your skills to support this critical area of the business. To be successful, you must thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
