Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for an IT Team Lead to add to their team in Cleveland, Ohio. You will support IT Operations for our client’s southwest Cleveland office and two local manufacturing sites (~200 users), plus serve as the Team Lead for eight IT Specialists located throughout North America. Responsibilities include IT equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, software installations, hardware monitoring, training, and project management. The ideal candidate will possess IT administration experience within manufacturing, prior supervisory experience, and thrive in an autonomous work environment. While our client is a global organization, the IT department is spread across multiple locations, and you will be the sole team member based in Ohio.
