Our client in the Program Development industry is looking for an IT Support Engineer to add to their team in McKinney, TX. Reporting to the Senior IT Manager, you will work independently to support the IT needs of the office staff. You will be responsible for setting up personal computers, providing end-user support, diagnosing and troubleshooting problems, as well as training end-users on how to utilize various technologies effectively. Additionally, you will manage network performance and security, as well as inform employees of necessary information related to the company network. To be considered, at least 3 years of IT support experience is required, though experience in any help desk role is preferred. To be successful in this role, you must be able to speak English and Spanish fluently, as well as be able to communicate effectively to troubleshoot issues with non-technical users.
