You will be responsible for designing creative and informative instructional content that will help develop a new breed of sales training programs for tomorrow’s learners. You will do so by assessing sales organizations at multiple levels to identify best practices and surface capability gaps. You will then consult and design custom training programs to develop and educate their salespeople and leaders. Ideal candidates will be passionate instructional designers who speak the language of selling and leading and the requirements for success in each.
