Our client in the plastics manufacturing industry is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Manager to join their team north of St. Paul, MN. This is a strategy-focused role (approximately 80%) responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance operations across a seven-line facility. You will lead primarily in-house maintenance efforts while leveraging vetted third-party vendors as needed. The ideal candidate is a safety-first leader with strong mechanical expertise and hands-on experience installing, commissioning, and starting up new production assets. Success in this role requires the ability to elevate maintenance strategy, strengthen preventative maintenance programs, and partner closely with Operations and Engineering.
