Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to add to their team just west of Fayetteville, NC. In this pivotal role, you will facilitate various HR processes and foster positive employee relations via engagement programs, benefit support, and training opportunities. This role is part of a broader HR department with headquarters in PA, but you will be the sole human resources representative for the company’s manufacturing facility based in NC (~70 people). This role is ideal for candidates with HR experience in a manufacturing environment who are skilled at fostering positive employee relations and managing HR processes.
