You will be responsible for all facets of human resources including hiring, onboarding, and growing a team of happy and successful employees. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years of HR experience in the manufacturing or agricultural industry. As the sole HR team member, you will ensure team growth and satisfaction through interactive team building, coaching, and mentoring.
