Our client in the electronic instrument manufacturing industry is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to add to their team in Sunnyvale, CA. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day human resource & payroll operations for about 80-90 employees. In addition, you will also be responsible for supporting recruitment efforts by posting open positions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, preparing offers, and processing pre-employment activities. To be successful in this role, you must have a working knowledge of the principles, practices, and standards of human resources and a strong understanding of payroll differences between salaried and non-exempt employees.
