Our client is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Moses Lake, Washington. Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will play a key role in supporting all aspects of human resources, including hiring, onboarding, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. This position requires someone comfortable working with more traditional, manual processes, including maintaining physical employee files and managing paperwork-heavy systems. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of HR experience, including involvement in recruiting efforts.
