Our client the manufacturing industry is looking for a Human Resources Director to join their team in Moses Lake, Washington. As an executive member of the leadership team, you will support all facets of human resources including hiring, onboarding, and growing a team of happy and successful employees. The team comprises around 150 employees, with seasonal fluctuations requiring temporary workers. To be successful, you should have experience in HR for multi-entity organizations and a strong knowledge of labor regulations.
