Our client in the agricultural distribution industry is looking for a Human Resources Manager to add to their team in Columbia, SC. You will be responsible for all facets of human resources including hiring, onboarding, and growing a team of happy and successful employees (under 100 in team size). Ideal candidates will have a minimum of five years of HR experience in the manufacturing or agricultural industry. As the sole HR team member, you will ensure team growth and satisfaction through interactive team building, coaching, and mentoring. To be successful in this role, you must have knowledge of exempt and nonexempt roles, stay current on local labor laws, and have an eye for accuracy and detail.
