Our client, a leading sports manufacturing company, is looking for a Human Resources Director to add to their team near Indianapolis, IN. Reporting to the CFO & CEO, your goal will be to lead the HR team to be customer-centric, effective, and professional to achieve the goals and objectives, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance. You will be responsible for developing and improving HR strategies and partnering with department leaders to implement and enforce policies. To be successful in this role, you must have an excellent HR generalist background and knowledge of employment laws, compensation and benefits, and recruiting for companies with over 150 employees.
