HR Director Description Our industrial manufacturing client is looking for a HR Director to add to their team in Cincinnati, OH. Your main focus will be to ensure that human resources tasks, programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, coherent, compliant, and supportive of the company’s goals and culture. HR Director Responsibilities • Plan and direct HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy • Supervise and provide consultation on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training & development, budget, and labor relations • Provide human resources direction, advice and counsel in all HR related matters • Plan and manage all human resources initiatives • Develop HR guidelines; communicate the guidelines and promote the organizational values • Develop, maintain and report on company KPIs in all areas assigned to HR • Plan and manage safety compliance program and requirements • Nurture a positive work environment and company culture • Accurately prepare employment records (hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions) • Maintain all employee records, personnel files and pre-screening requirements • Supervise HR department; assign tasks and responsibilities • Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies; establish competitive programs • Advise managers on policies (EEOC, Sexual Harassment, DOL, FLSA, Workers comp, OSHA) • Create and maintain professional formatting for all communication, posts and announcements • Work closely on all global programs, policies and initiatives • Manage all payroll services • Lead HR process improvement; work on harmonization of HR policies, guidelines and benefits • Ensure HR legal compliance
HR Director Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree required • 5+ years HR Business Partner experience required • 5+ years manufacturing industry experience required • 5+ years management experience required • Experience with a company with international presence/locations required • SAP experience preferred • ADP Payroll experience preferred • Must be tech savvy • Passport required
