Our client is looking for an ambitious, energetic Head of Sales to join their team in Hollywood, CA. They’ve been in business for 50 years and a new owner took over four years ago. Since then, they’ve tripled in revenue with no signs of slowing down. Because their clients are the most resilient businesses in the world (industrial gas companies), you’ll benefit from an extremely stable book of business from their current Sales Leader who is retiring. Although you’ll be overseeing one team member, 95% of your time will be spent as an individual contributor bidding on upcoming projects as their clients are building new facilities that require the mechanical rotating equipment our client manufactures. Given the scope of work, detailed technical documentation to review, and the blue-chip clients you’ll be working with, most projects range from six months to a year.
