Our client in the aerospace and manufacturing industry is looking for a Government Contracts & Proposals Specialist to add to their team in San Diego, CA. As a key contributor in the company’s growth, you will be responsible for estimating, reviewing and approving all financial costs involved on new contracts and generating government proposal packages. In addition, this position will oversee the development and execution of compliance procedures through the production process. Our client is looking for someone with at least six years of experience working with government contracts and supervising the development of complex proposals. Ideal candidates will have experience with the financial aspects of the proposal quotation process within the aerospace manufacturing industry. To be successful in the role, you must be highly organized with strong attention to details, must possess an ability to negotiate and motivated to complete tasks with little supervision.
