Our client is looking for a Finance Manager to add to their team in Fairfield County, CT. You will oversee the Northeast Market, managing the daily accounting operations and functions of accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit, and collection areas, and ensuring local financial control procedures are being executed effectively. Our client is looking for someone with at least seven years of accounting experience with the responsibility of managing others and the financials of multiple locations. Ideal candidates will have experience with both private and public companies. To be successful in the role, you must be comfortable working in an evolving, entrepreneurial environment while possessing creative problem solving, strategic thinking, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
