Our client, a leader in high-tech engineering and manufacturing within the transportation sector, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join their team in the Milwaukee, WI area. This role focuses on providing exceptional field technical support, in addition to onsite training, commissioning, maintenance, and repair services for a range of products serving electric mass transit. Our client is looking for someone who possesses both technical troubleshooting abilities and customer service skills. Qualified candidates will have at least two (2) years of field maintenance or service experience with electrical equipment/systems, coupled with customer-facing experience, will be well-versed with safety regulations, with the ability to read circuit schematics and engineering drawings. Ideal candidates will be customer-oriented, self-motivated, and possess the ability to work at heights and troubleshoot effectively.
