Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for an Extrusion Production Manager to add to their team in Mentor, Ohio. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will supervise, plan, and oversee an extrusion production team of fifteen, ensuring the efficiency and quality of output of plastic cylinders. An ideal candidate will have at least seven years of extrusion manufacturing experience, including with plastics, strong leadership capabilities, and overall enjoyment of mentoring and growing team members.
