Our client in the consumer goods manufacturing industry is seeking a highly motivated and influential Executive Director of Sales to join their team in Marietta, Georgia. Reporting directly to the CSO, you will lead the North American Sales Team to drive strategic growth, build customer partnerships, and improve product margins. This leadership role involves managing and developing a team of nine without direct sales responsibilities.  The ideal candidate is an effective leader (humble, hungry, & people-smart) with proven experience growing top-line sales and meeting margin goals in the consumer goods, fragrance, flavor, chemical, or adjacent industries. You must excel at relationship building and be highly engaged with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Manufacturing, Customer Service...) in a fast-paced environment to capture and execute business opportunities.
