Our client, a family-owned 70+ year company in the HVAC & Plumbing service industry, is seeking an Estimator to add to their team in Gaithersburg, MD. This is an in-office position. In this role, you will establish project costs for HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial and government projects such as apartments, shopping malls and office buildings. To qualify, you must be comfortable with blueprints and estimating software. The typical project sizes you will work on can range from $100k to $4 million. However, our client is open to candidates with experience working on smaller scale projects.
