Our client in the Construction industry is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join their team in Clinton, MD. In this key role, you will prepare precise cost estimates for HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems on commercial and institutional construction projects ranging from $1.5M up to $15M. You will be one of two Estimators, reporting directly to the President, and working closely with project managers, purchasing, and field teams to ensure comprehensive and aligned estimates. Strong prior experience estimating mechanical systems is essential, along with familiarity with regional vendors and suppliers across the Washington D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia markets. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, accuracy, and strong communication skills to support successful project bidding and execution.
