Electrical Engineer/Project Manager Location: near Dayton, OH (relocation assistance if needed) Salary: $80,000-$110,000 + Benefits Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, HSA, Holidays, PTO Job Type: Full-Time Typical Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm; flexible Sponsorship is not available Electrical Engineer/Project Manager (electrical engineering degree req.) Description Our client is looking for an Electrical Engineer/Project Manager to add to their team outside of Dayton, Ohio. You will be designing electrical products ranging up to 1000V used for mobile machines, and commercial and electric vehicles. To achieve this, you will work with a team to provide technical leadership to ensure these complex engineering projects are within budget, time, and quality. Because you will be customer-facing, our client is looking for a candidate who understands you must be flexible when working around their specifications. Someone who identifies as a problem-solver. If you are looking for a role where you are focused on one area or working on the same circuit for months/years at a time, this would not be a good fit. Electrical Engineer/Project Manager (electrical engineering degree req.) Responsibilities • Develop product concepts • Determine project specifications • Study product design, customer requirements, and performance standards • Complete technical studies; prepare cost estimates • Manage the development and the product life cycle • Monitor work done by internal and external development teams • Provide technical leadership to the sales team • Prepare and present customer concept presentations • Provide product consultation for system design, protection, and control design • Lead cross-functional project teams • Transfer prototype solutions into manufacturing Electrical Engineer/Project Manager (electrical engineering degree req.)
