Distribution Warehouse Floor Supervisor

Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Distribution Warehouse Floor Supervisor to add to their team in Southwest Tennessee. Reporting to the Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing the overall warehouse operation in receiving and storing, moving and shipping supplies, stock and materials to and/or from the facility while supervising and coordinating those engaged in the activities in an efficient and safe manner. Our client is looking for someone with at least five years of experience in a supervisory role within logistics, warehousing, distribution or related industrial environments. To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication, organization and prioritization skills and know how to be an effective team leader by delegating work and leading through the actions of your team.
