Director of Quality Location: near Cleveland, OH Salary: $125,000 - $130,000 + Bonus + Generous Benefits Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, 401 w/match, 10 Holidays, Generous PTO Job Type: Full-Time Typical Hours: Mon -Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible) Start Date: ASAP Sponsorship not available Director of Quality Description Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Director of Quality to add to their team in Cleveland, Ohio. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for implementing and utilizing quality assurance techniques and continuous improvement procedures to enhance business performance. As a key leader, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic, operational, and tactical quality plans. Projects aimed at improving quality will directly influence key business metrics such as cost reduction, productivity, on-time delivery, and the delivery of high-quality products. Director of Quality Responsibilities • Ensure customer requirements are met by giving QA ultimate accept/reject authority • Manage QMS compliance with ISO and FDA requirements • Track customer feedback, and develop improvement opportunities • Lead internal/external audits • Generate RMA metrics to identify improvement opportunities • Participate in developing business/strategic plans and quality objectives • Implement Lean tools for production efficiency and cost reduction • Develop inspection procedures and train staff Director of Quality Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required • 10+ years of electronics manufacturing experience required • 3+ years of supervisory or management experience required • Quality Management Systems (QMS) experience required • Experience operating in an ISO-certified facility required • Hands-on, proactive leadership style required
