Our client is looking for a Director of Product Management & Strategy to join their team in Bartow County, GA. Reporting to the President, you will oversee the operations and fiscal health for all aspects of their rural lifestyle business including sales, marketing, planning, product management and dealer development. Ideal candidates will a proven history of successful digital marketing, E-commerce, and sales strategies. Additionally, you must have a strong background in getting products to market and selling through dealers. To be successful in this role, you must clearly and confidently communicate your vision for market growth to the department members while providing direction on each team members role in propelling those objectives resulting in both revenue and expansion. Our client is looking for a candidate who manages through their people. They are not looking for a micromanager but a leader who checks-in with their team to ensure they feel supported while empowering them to produce their own results.
