Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for leading and driving change through focused improvement efforts to achieve higher levels of performance in safety, quality, efficiency, and growth each day. This is a highly influential position that will interface with all employees at various levels and functions across the business. To be successful in this position, you should be a great communicator with 10+ years of experience leading transformational activities and projects within an organization with a diverse audience.
