Our client is looking for a Director of Operations to join their team that is currently in expansion mode. Reporting to the President, you will be responsible for monitoring daily operations while strategizing long-term performance, growth, and capacity initiatives for their manufacturing division. Our client is looking for a candidate with a “player manager” approach who has a strong operations background with progressive levels of responsibility including a supervisory role leading multiple departmental functions. You must have experience driving shop floor activities through daily KPIs with emphasis on continual efficiency and productivity improvement.
